Full Floating Rear RSV Rotor...Falco guys, take note!

Not to brag...but look at what I just had made. This is a fully floating rear rotor for the shop Mille. It is the first of its kind in the entire world that I have seen. Ferodo said over a year ago that they were going to make one so I sent them my rotor which they measured and speced but never built. They sent me this rotor back (but not finished like this). I had it sitting around for a while useless, then a friend called from the frozen tundra and asked if I knew anybody that had a stock Mille rear rotor...what a kwinky-dink. Well a few hundred dollars later and a couple of weeks in transit and here it is...a thing of beauty. The carrier is a works bike part from a 250 grand prix machine...the buttons are genuine Brembo and the outer ring is what is left of my stock rotor.

It is not a totally effortless installation, you must use the RS250's rear pads as the are a bit thinner and you do have to grind the paint off of the rear wheel at the places where the carrier contacts the wheel...but, totally sano when finished. It is so cool to have a one off part. It is for sale to any RSV racer who actually thinks they need something of this caliber, but the price is high... $425 plus you will needs pads and to gring on your precious wheels....the price of trick is high, but worth every penny.

    Re: nice rotor

Less drag, will never warp and better out righ rear brake slides...important if "backing it in" is your favorite pastime...
