    Head stock bearings

Any one out there had any problems with the head stock bearings yet my 2k mile DD wont steer its stiff to turn left or right the dealer confirmed my suspicions bearings are buggered . After 5 weeks of phone calls Aprilia have oked the warranty work on my DD wiring loom ,starter relay up date and now head stock bearings the speedo keeps misting up and then fills up with water under the glass i was told to hold on with this claim as aprilia have an updated clock coming out soon.

I supposedly have the updated dash???
It is my third and they didn't want to send it until they had the one that wouldn't just do it again.
It hasn't misted since I've had it (2000km) but I do have the Puig screen on now which made a massive difference.
So if I was really norty I could sell my bike as a very low mileage now, tee hee.
But of course it's a keeper.
Haven't heard of a single case of naff bearings from Shiver or Dorso. Ar you wheelieing a lot?
    Perhaps someone over tightened them?

I had to have my head stock bearings replaced (5K miles on the clock).

Too many bastard speed bumps in London.
