Craigslist/eBay Bikes of note!

Stu, I tried to tell the seller of the bike what the problem was over a month ago, he informed me that being a "dealer" he probably knew a lot more than me about the issue, and it was going to need a rebuild, after all it is Italian and has 19k miles on it! After that it sort of became my mission to get someone to buy the "blown up" bike for $2k or less just to prove a point. I bought a $1000 lens for my camera and Christmas gifts for others last week, I am out on spending for a few months now....unless he takes a stupid, brutal low-ball off like 24th-30th December.

I would not have posted it if I actually thought the guy was going to read about it. I waited at least a week or two for the email telling me I was wrong...what the fuck do I know about V990 engines anyway?

Shit, I might have to send Micah a cheque for 2K and have him pick up the "blown up bike" for me. If it's still for sale, I'll do it! Screw it, ya only live once. Get Micah to fix the damn thing, then ride it back next spring... Sweet.
