    Falco at the track!

Finally, with 45k miles on her, took the old Falco to the track. What a blast!

With a set of Pirelli Diablo's and a rebuilt shock - my every day commuter turned into a hell of a lot of fun! I knew it would. Unfortunately, at the end of the day I went for a pass I shouldn't have and low-sided. Damage isn't too bad, and Progressive will cover it, but I think the Falco will be going to the track for more...!

Hell yeah! Very composed! I just ran a set of Diablos on my Falco - lasted 2500 miles of corner carving the mountains in SoCal. How did yours fare on a track day?

Those pics are from Infineon (formerly known as Sears Point). I also rode the Falco at Laguna Seca last June. I really like the Diablo's on the track, but as you've found, they don't last very long. I was a little easier on them than you - I actually got 4,500 miles out of the rear and 6,000 miles out of the front.

That's a crazy pic kneedragging on the street! We have plenty of great roads up here in the bay area, but I can't say I've found the guts to push that hard on the street!!
