Quanity of 2008 SXV/RXV manufactured

Anybody know how many units Aprilia produces?

As with some of the problems seen by some owners ther are some inherient issues with these motors, and if the production numbers are low, then issues can trickle into a couple of years worth of production.

And of course owning a 2008 RXV I want to believe that this unit will not Sh*t all over me in 2-5k miles, as I already have a couple of high-performance Ducati's that hold that spot in my garage.

I cannot tell you exact numbers but i have the feeling that they had to produce twice as much engines as bikes.......
