Since the usual answer is "Search for it" and that means wading through tons of comments by everyone since we're all such talkative folks here, I thought I'd assemble some of the very useful links posted on this forum for those of us interested in tinkering (and save the next person some time).
I give you my Tuono Bookmarks.

    Reset the Service Light:
Enter code 13432 in the diagnostics menu and scroll down to reset service light option.
After entering the above code, this is also where you can change miles/km.

    Owners Manual (Courtesy of Aprilia):

Select your model on the left, the Gen 1's seem to be listed under Tuono 1000 R and the Gen 2's model years seem to all be listed under the Factory link...

    Fixes for Known issues

Bike Runs like shit at low RPM
Get new pipes (or core your stock ones). Switch to MAP2 at the dealer. Put on a 15 tooth front sprocket.

    Coolant leaks?
Yep, known issue. The hose clamps Aprilia uses from the factory are garbage: replace them all with stainless steel hose clamps to stop this from happening.

Bike suddenly runs really rich. Crap MPG, bogs down heavily at low RPM. occasional stalls. ie: Tiny vaccum hoses are split

    Excel spreadsheet

The Excel spreadsheet for torque-specs doesn´t work:

    Not Found
The requested URL /Templates/torque specs.xls was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That's too bad. I didn't post that stuff so the fix is beyond me.
If anyone takes the time to recreate it I'm sure they'll post it back on here somewhere.

As usual, Duct tape once again saves the day. Great thread!

As do I. Stragely appropriate since Duct Tape created the thread.
