It's hard to tell from the pictures but is the stock seat under the piece you made? or did you cut a seat in half and make the back half the box? Again, very cool!

The bottom plate of the seat is still there. The foam is removed from the passenger place.
I glued a block of purethan foam on top of the passenger part of the seat.great job can you give us the instructions to do the same step by step?
After cutting it to the right form it was sanded, painted and waxed.
I made it in epoxy, much stronger than fiberglass and easier to work with.

Something the Futura lacks is and underseat seat space....with choices as ...Scotoiler?...or Power Comander or disk lock but only space for one!
I use a small tank bag for disc lock and odd bits but this is a cool idea, another one would be small storage lockers to the side of the top fairing..anyone done that yet?
Anyway wanna make any more during long dark nights ...put me on the list
