My Prototype Motorcycle......FX bikes beware

well we went with this one:



here it is after paint (these are the "ride" set, the "show" plastics look great), and on its first real ride (in the tight stuff it outruns big bikes, but dont tell anyone ) :















This is the "money shot", it left the ground where the roost is, and it's being chased by big bikes..


Chris we'll get you 2d files of the shrouds soon (more panels can be made so any graphic combination is possible)

Also an old friend now works with carbon fiber and we are going to see if we can get carbon bodywork. Clearcoated carbon with killer decals......hmmmm. Sounds like a winner to me, we'll see.

sweet, i've been branching off a bit into the off road/motard type stuff lately, apparently there is a good demand for custom stuff, right now when i got the email notification i was working on a drz400sm set

i think carbon is the way to go, too trick to stay with the plastics

well, once it gets a little warmer, we will probably take it to one of the local motocross tracks on a sunday to get some feedback/responses. ill let you know.

Very nice project and a sweet vintage Jim Pomeroy Bultaco style cross up!

You should look up BBR Motorsports and see how they acquire their motors for their minis.
I know they sell off rolling chassis from time to time.
I'd bet you would have 10-20 Americans alone eager to ante up for their own personal M85.

very nice bike you guys made! It looks solid and I like the colors you guys taked! We guys from the Supermotard be website out of Belgium have found our way to this topic, so you guys really got it going!

If you could sell several to belgium it would be great to... I'm sure many people here and our neigbour country's would be in to it...

Noise, trail erosion, and safety seem to be their main issues. But all of those can be addressed. Irresponsible users are the problem.....not the bikes

These guys seem to forget that hikers and equestrians have similar complaints about mountain bikes, and would just assume have them banned in many areas.

Here in Colorado, motorcyclists are fighting to keep trail systems open, and in some instances the mountain bikers have joined the fight. They realize that once motorcycles are banned from the trails that mountain bikes will be the next target.

Similar sports.......why the hostility?
