Hi all....
Here is my 2002 rs with 7,000k's on the clock. Took me months and months of waiting and looking at rs's to find such a clean low mileage example.
I had to make a 5,000km round trip to acquire the bike, $1,100 in fuel and 2 1/2 days of solid driving.
But it was more than worth it in the end.
I have stripped the bike down to a minimum, cleaned/re-painted, polished everything i could. Ive also fitted a stainless side by side tyga exhaust system, HID headlight, goodridge braided brake lines, new fluids etc etc....

Found this pic while sorting through an old file today and thought it may be of some interest.
It's the two bikes that Aprilia entered at the centenary TT.
From memory at least one of them was piloted by an American rider but my old feeble mind has forgotten the details.

Hey Quick! I'm sure the orig motor would have gone the entire distance but I was turned on to an '04 Tuono motor with low miles for silly money. It sat on a pallet while I waited (hoped) for the Falco motor to die but finally after almost 2 years I succumbed and stuck the new one in. That was a bit over 30k ago.
