the lower of the two has the SXV frame + SXV engine.
the V4 will have a tail section similar to the super-thin R1 of yesteryear.... not as depicted in the top picture. This is what I hear.
Hopefully aprilia won't be stupid enough to bring a model of full V4 to EICMA.

These renderings are designed to sell magazines and are more than likely based on conjecture... R&R posts these, or something very similar every other month...
No rear brake foot peg?
Yea, I see the peg but no rear brake. It would look better with the tail that's on the RSV. That's a classy taillight indicator setup.
