Yes. Just follow the directions on the bottle and use distilled water.

is it ok to use for street riding too, it seems to be a good product according to the spec your engine will run 20 degree lower if you mix it with water. i was thinking doing ahead of time since it looks like it is a pain to flush all the system, and can i keep it in after that?

Its fine to use all the time just make sure that you use the recommended mix of water and coolant as well. I have used it in my Porsche 944 turbo and in the Honda VFR that I just sold. It made a difference. My brother-in-law has a VFR as well and when we would go ridinng together, mine would consistently run 4-6 degrees cooler than his and I attribute this to Water Wetter.

No worries until it gets cold. It will NOT act as an antifreeze, so change it before winter. Other than that though, good to go. My SV, CBR, and Ninja all have it in the system.

thanks for your responses, i don't need to worry for winter, we don't really have one here, only once every 10 years it may get down to 35 at night.

Don't worry about lubricating the water pump either...

Yeah, except it has no lubricative properties.

I wouldn't say that. Water wetter is is a lot like liquid soap. I bet it is just 409 or Fantastic with pink coloring. Even smells the same and if you shake the bottle you get instant suds.

I do agree though, water pumps don't need lubricants.

    Not so sure...

My only concern with waterwetter is that it contains a polysiloxane polymer. SIloxanes are used to form polymer coatings which means that it "may" form a coating inside the coolant system. This could lead to small diameter passageways being blocked. With that said, though, it's been in my bike for several years now.
