Problem with ECU?

My delaer today tried to load map II onto the ECU. After 71% of the upload was complete it froze out. They unplugged everything and started again without success....
The bike now shoes an ERR code on the dash, the sidestand light stays on and the neutral light is off when the bike is in neutral and the fuel pump doesnt prime. They tried in vain to resolve the problem with little help from Aprilia UK. Basically my bike is still in the shop and they have no idea whats wrong and how to fix it. I am doing a track day at Donnington Park on Friday and need this sorted.
Any ideas or suggetsions would be very much appreciated.

Charge the Axone and the bikes battery overnight...make sure battery to Axone connection is good and ground from battery to bike is good. Re-try. It will work now...99% of the time when I get similar errors they are related to either the bike or the Axone's battery.

Also make sure the have the occrect lead attached to the Axone and then make sure the lead is 100% attached to the Axone
