Top case stop light connection on a 250 beo

I bought a 2006 250cc beo. The top case stop light is already wired but not connected to power.
I checked the back of the light and wires come out of it and disappear under the rear mud guard into the engine compartment. It looks like it was wired but never connected. Does anyone know where these two wires end up?
Also, is there a number to call for Aprilia USA?
    Thanks to all.

I wired my top box brake light myself. It's not too bad and can be done with just a few extra things you'd need to buy.

    I used some Cat5 cable
    some wire twist caps
    electrical tape
    screwdriver
wirecutters or something to cut with

If I remember right, I found the wires coming up underneath the top box. Attached two wires from my extra piece of cat5 cable to two coming up. Threaded that in the topbox slots underneath my cover inside the topbox.
Made sure I had enough slack to run up the inside of the topbox and along the inside top to wear it needed to connect to the brake light.
I put some wire connector caps and black electrical tape on all the splices to make sure it stayed waterproof.

I believe the light is polorized, so you have to make sure you connect the same wire under the box to the matching wire for the brake light, otherwise it won't work.

    That's it.
    Good luck!
