You do it for something different from the norm. And yes, i know it will not handle but thats not what I am after here. All i am trying to build is something that is low, cool and ready to simply cruz with. Oh, and maybe even drag in straight line too.
Cheers, and keep your mind open.

I concur, there's nothing more satisfying than having a dream and then following through on that dream. You go for it Millhouse, you'll have something unique and will be a pleasure to ride.
I did a gixxer streetfighter a few years back, and to throw the leg over on that first trip out was something I'll never forget. All the blood, sweat and tears are well worth it!!

    How is this project coming

I'd like to see how you handle the engine mounting points.

I am building one also using a rotax mill, except I want decent ground clearance, USD forks with more conventional rake, swingarm and 17" sportbike wheels and tires. Almost a tuono

Just received the wiring loom for BEDROSIAN, you know, the guy alot of people have sh*t canned on this forum. He sent the loom fast and in the condition he described to me. Even chucked in the thermo fans for free. Nice bloke if you ask me and I will deal with him again for sure.
And here are the clamps I think I will run too, Boyds is the brand.

    will post shots soon.

For whoever was looking for the Chicara bike....? Couldn't find the TL powered machine, but this world champ winner's a beaut. Saw it featured in a previous Back Street Heroes issue. The builder described the wheel colour as "dog shit brown."

    Update

hey guys, its been far too long since i last posted but I have been flat out.
Now, I had to put the build on hold but now it seems to be moving forward once more.
check out where we are at now, but soon the rear caliper setup will be ready and so too the inlet manifolds.

It looks like a fun project and that you're having fun building it.

I like it - nice job!
