    Cylinder syncing

Just want to say this site has been alot of help so far, have spent hours reading old posts but that has brought up a question. I recently bought an '02 mille and have been fixing the minor problems and upgrading it a little. Currently you can't walk around the back of the bike with it running without your eyes tearing up and choking on the fumes. I'm going to take it in to have it tuned up, cylinders sync'd ect. but I'm also going to install and evo airbox, new pipe and either pcIII or new chip (still researching). My question is should I do all the mods now then get the tune up; or can I do the tune up then the mods without messing up the tune up? Thanks in advance. ~Tyler

Would make sense to do all that you want to do THEN get it properly set up and tuned in. Each mod you make will change the way things are now and service centre charges are high enough as it is without forking out twice for the same job.
