pv questions,heres a pic of it,help needed

hi all i have spent the arfo taking my bike to bits......

it is in skeleton mode as we speak

here a pic of the pv but for the life of me i cant get it out

i have seen inside and it looks pretty oily and gunky but not really dirty,how is it supposed to be?

as a whistle or what?

the pic i have provided isnt that good but the bolts are out and its twisting but i cant get it out?

any tricks to pulling the fecker out.

bike is in bits and looks like rain......................

help!lol

so basically what the pv sposed to look like and how do i get it out? any other things i need to do to it b4 i return it to its rightful place

oh yeah shit blummy feck i think i have solved the reason for the vibrations,3!!!!! bolts that hold the engine in are gone!!!!!

dangerous or what
also the bike has had cdi mod

mine gets all oily it looks like the rubber gator that fitts around the pv housing is split.
the blade should come out fairly easy so this is probly the reason why it is stuck open goldy.
other than give it a good wigley not sure

I had this when i did mine, all i had to do was wiggle it and it was a slow procedure then after half way just came out.

LOL, I said check the engine tabs / mounts

Have said this often on the RS50 forum and never had a mis-diagnosis :P

o yeah goldy get a razor blade and sum wd40 to get all the black shit of the pv blade

take it out clean it and put it back in as gleaming as your looks shiny,mine is far from that right now?

no bolt in the engine part,both of them missing!(next to yellow sticker)

so back to pv...eplace it clean or with oil of some sort?

yeah clean it up then put the blade back in with curved side facing the floor and spin the pv housing around 180degrees so where the cable connects is hidden then with the rubber gator off push the solenoid in with your finger so u can see where the cable connects to the blade move in a out ov the engine

i cant get it out!!!!!

all its doing is the gasket and the casing is just twisting and the blade thing is stuck(not budged one bit),this is where i wish i had small hands ffs

is there also a spring as it abit bouncy on and off but i cant get the blasted thing off,this is doing my nut in

should i pull/wiggle it by casing or cable?

i would pull it by the housing u can disconnect the cable from the blade and tuck it out the way to make things easier
