im shore iv seen it done, i work at mallory park as there main photographer so see bikes race round there on a regular basis being such a small track weight is critical amd im shore about a year ago i was talking to a guy who was racing such a conversion he was going on about the saving on weight due to the smaller frame, altho i carnt see it making that much difference on a road going version and as for doing vice versa to make the worlds best looking lerner bike if your restricted to a moped i dont think its aloud because your not aloud to mod your bikes and i would consider it to be a pretty big mod i might be rong on that one tho but either way yea would be the best looking 50
hay just red the rs250 in a rs50 bit now thats just crazy but i like it lol
Ahh but the real question is.. has anyone ever put a 1000 in an rs50.. i mean all you need is a cheap engine from the scrap yard. Yeah your prob all readin this like
. But that would be ace, burning a cbr 400 off at the lights lmao
70cc big bore kit
Metrakit sp exhaust system
Metrakit clutch system
Carbon fibre levers
Performance rear shock, higher now
21mm dellorto carb with 90 jet
70 mph with 13/47 gearing at 11500rpm on flat, no not down a hlll
errr no the frame would probably snap from the power and it clearly wouldnt fit into the frame. Why do you say burn a cbr400 from the lights when if it could be done you could burn virtually anything from them.
2003 Tuono 125
Powervalve light
Renthal bars
RS rear seat
Renthal medium grips
34mm carb
Carbon clock surround
Pipercross panel filter
White Braided Hel hoses
Soon to come: Jolly moto SP exhaust, £320 of lovingly crafted steel...mmmmmmm
1999 Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.25
'Cause CBR400 riders are more likely to be cocky racers. 1k riders just smile at the sight of another bike on the road.
....or so i'm told.
Ahh.. well said slashershade.. theres your answer.
On a lesser note, my clutch is slipping![]()
. New clutch I think, only done 12000km though

1985 Honda Cub90 totally original and i know your jealous
too be fair nothing is imposible , im fitting a dt 125 lc engine in my rs , but i am also fitting uprated running gear and brakes, etc
a 1000cc would never fit i doubt anything above a 350 would...
it's also plain stupid to go above 125cc in a moped unless you can seriously add some extra strength to chassis.
Although i have seen a Honda NS1 (74cc) that head CBR600RR forks and rear swing arms (looked so sick that i wanted to buy that thing instantly).
if you could take something like that as a basis it would be more safer to fit a 125+ engine (something like a 250-350 cc)
