Just bought two more bikes (R6 track bike and WR250 enduro) and need to thin the herd. This is tough cause the SXV is the most fun and most mental bike i've ever owned, but six bikes is too many for one guy. I've used it mainly for commuting to town and Sunday fun rides but it's ready for anything you want to ask of it.

Titled and plated for street use.
Geared up a bit to make it less manic with a higher top speed, better fuel economy and range.
This bike has never been crashed or dropped. Every gear is a wheelie gear with stock gearing, 1-4 as geared now.

Here's the upgrades it's got that I can think of:
AF-1 Open Element air filter,
Larger 12 liter tank,
Seat for larger tank goes with it,
Sale includes smaller tank & seat too for track use,
vented billet gas cap,
Acerbis Aluminum Reinforced hand guards,
billet oil filter cap cover,
XV aluminum Skid Plate (black anodized),
front & rear RhinoMoto sliders (never seen ground),
rear bobbins for stand with sliders,
Factory Aprilia handlebar pad,
LED turn signals (same look as stock, but not breakable),
new ultra lightweight Shorai gel cell battery,
factory update cold start kit and ECM re-map by AF1,
new chain slider, chain, and front/rear sprockets,
Michelin Power Pure tires with lots of life left,
new front brake pads.
Includes new cold start solenoid kit and ECM map from AF1. Starts great in any conditions.

Flaws include a few light scratches here an there in the plastic or decals from boots and the like. The stock decals are not clear coated so they are affected easily. Feel free to come check it out in person or ask any questions you like. Looking for $4200 for it.

I took it apart (removed cylinder, checked bore, piston, cylinder wear) and i have cleaned the carb many times. I am just perplexed, It would run after i cleaned the carb, but a few days later it would stop. I guess it will just need a professional eye to give it a good look over. From my amateur view point, you'll need to find out why the engine isn't getting fuel (this is the problem). this will get it running and road worthy. However if u want perfection...the panels are a bit rough (No cracks) just a few scrapes and marks on the paint also give it a good clean up! the bike is very greasy/dirty/grubby which makes it look not so great. I can't deliver. Oh the good points!! It comes with 2 new spark plugs, BR9EIX and another one i forgot which one. The BR9 is an NGK iridium, the other is NGK gold. Also it has new tires! I'm sure I could break it and get more but i'm looking for a Suzuki GSXR 600 or 750 or 1000 k2 project (if you know of one ANY condition, ill take it! PM me). £400 flat, no offers as its not seized and it will run with a small amount of effort! Oh the milage is 14960 and it's fully stock but derestricted. :rolleyes:

Just making this post to understand what the bike is worth as it is, I think that the price for a good two stroke should stay strong to be honest. I've recently just rebuild my MX 125, which needed a full engine overhaul. Its a 2004, unsure on the overall mileage aswell, I cant display it on the clock :S. There was one that has recently sold on eBay for 1500 pound which needed work.

I've actually got some braided lines since the pictures were taken, I couldn't get them to be visible within the post unfortunately (I created my photo bucket account for this). It went through an mot without any major problems, the rear brake pads are low and the front tyre was close to the legal limit. A new cdi unit has been purchased along with a 34mm carb and racing boyesen reeds, which are fitted to the standard reed cage.

The crank cases were sent away to PJME for them to be cleaned, all the bearings were professionally pressed and then the crank was mounted into one half of the casing. My brother has an RS250 which is awesome, I would like to think that the decent two strokes out there are going to retain there money is all. It does actually need a neutral sensor but it does not really bother me, everything works as it should, it just needs a little tinkering for the 34mm carb to be working at its best, it does respectable speeds though. The exhaust has been freshly painted, the mot advisory's have also been addressed.

Selling my pride and joy, my beautiful Italian steed known as the Aprilia RSV Mille R. This is a year 2000 model with 18.5k miles in amazing condition, never on the race track (I had a separate race bike). She has been well cared for by me (the second owner) since I purchased in 2007. Why am I selling? My wife is pregnant with our first child and I promised I would stop riding once we had a child. So sadly, I am a man of my word and I am selling her with a heavy heart.

The "R" version of this bike (the one I'm selling) is the factory race model, and includes such factory upgrades as forged aluminum Marchesini wheels, Ohlins shocks and forks (set-up at GP Suspension north for a 160 lb rider), Ohlins steering damper, and a single rider subframe (I have and two-rider subframe installed currently but the race subframe is included).

I have done a few tasteful modifications to the bike including Rhino fork, frame, and barend sliders, Evoluzione fuel pressure regulator, the biposto conversion (for two person riding), Evoluzione LED tail light integration kit, a +2 SuperSprox rear sprocket, a smoked windscreen and "derestricted" the bike. I am including the solo cowl and the passenger seat as well. Factory windscreen is also included (has a small repaired crack in the corner).

I have several modifications that have been removed from the bike to sell separately, but I would be willing to throw in as part of the deal. These are:

1. Akrapovic Evolution Full Titanium exhaust system (includes everything from the motor back - everything is titanium and crazy light!)
2. Evoluzione Airbox and Filter (hear that intake roar!)
3. Factory Pro chip (FP1413)
4. Pazzo brake and clutch levers (CNC aluminum anodized black with gold hardware, looks beautiful with the bike and feels much nicer than the stock levers)
5. Sato Adjustable rearsets (black anodized, go with the Pazzo levers very well)

It has been maintained religiously, with annual oil changes, every other year radiator flushes and brake flushes. It is due for a brake and radiator flush but I can do this for the buyer before selling if desired. The valve adjustment was done at 15k miles by the dealer a few years ago and it was right on the money. Tires are Bridestone BT016 Battlax with 4/32nds rear and 3/32nds front tread depth remaining (measured at center of tread, more life toward the sides).

The bike is not absolutely perfect but is in superb shape. I did drop it in the garage like an idiot a few years ago in the garage so the is a tiny crack by the right mirror mount and a small scuff on the belly pan. There are also deeper scratches on the tank and front fairing. As you can see from the pictures, these issues do not detract from the beauty of the bike. She shines! The bike runs perfectly and only left me stranded one time when the fuel pump wire desoldered itself (known issue with the model, it was fixed). I do recommend keeping her on a trickle charger when not riden daily as firing up the v-twin takes a lot of juice.

Feel free to ask any questions or schedule a time to look. Test rides for certified riders with full payment in cash before ride as a deposit. This is a gorgeous bike - I'm really sad to sell it as it has always given me joy to ride. I want this to go to a good home and I am motivated to sell. I also have a bunch of motorcycle gear for sale including helmets, gloves, a two-piece Dainese race suit, and Pitbull front and rear motorcycle stands. Go look at other local Aprilia Milles - they are either way higher mileage or non-R models without the Ohlins suspension, forged wheels, and carbon fiber bits. If you're in the market for one, this is it!
