Even after the oil should be plenty warm it continues to spin the rear wheel. I am aware of cold oil creating enough friction to turn the gears which would spin the motor, But Shouldn't it stop spinning with the clutch lever squeezed...Sounds like maybe my clutch adjustment is off, This isn't normal right? It doesn't feel like the clutch is adjusted incorrectly when I am come to a stop.

There were quite a few guys with Capos over there and I know at least one was selling up to head here to Australia - but we haven't heard a peep from them recently.
As their summer riding and rally season is coming to an end, I thought we might hear from some guys adding farkles or doing some maintenance, as those guys ride fast, far and hard.
Or has there been too much of this::micah:?

Hey all,

My Fut came to me with the vacuum lines a bit knackered (AND a CA carbon canister system - not a good combination!). I'm trying to put it all back to 49-state stock, but I'm having trouble figuring out where everything goes based on the parts fiches. I've got 5 quick questions -->

In the engine diagram below, I have three questions.
1) The lines in the brown circles go to the throttle body vacuum feeds for each cylinder, correct?
2) The green line goes to the the vacuum assisted clutch, I believe...correct?
3) Where the devil does the black line go?

4) In the air box diagram, where the devil do the pink lines go?

5) Finally, regarding the check valves (shown as numbers 27 in the engine diagram), which way are they facing? Based on my logic, I should be able to BLOW through them TOWARDS the throttle bodies (so that the vacuum from the TB's can suck through the check valves to operate the vacuum assisted clutch).

Thanks for your help guys - I'm pulling my hair out over this one.

It started no problems. I didn't have my voltmeter available until today so went down to the garage to check out my new voltage reading and go for a ride, but much to my surprise an annoyance the bike didn't start! :crybaby:

When I turn the ignition on I can hear a noise from under the tank as normal. The oil light stays on as normal. The EFI light is off. The lights, indicators, horn etc all work fine, but when I press the start button there is only silence. Not even a click from the solenoid. All the fuses seem to be okay. I connected the diagnostic wires under the seat together and only got "1", so no coil error codes. I charged the battery and am getting good voltage from it, and also from the new Rectifier/Regulator but still it won't start. Is it possible I short circuited something and caused some damage?

Do you guys have any ideas what the problem might be and any suggestions of what to do next?
