I see they thankfully did away with the ugly right side dual exhausts

That sport 1000s is a beauty!

That Paul Smart is gorgeous (spose they'll call it a "Paul Smart" edition still?). Even more so in real life, too.

But dayum is it uncomfortable. It hurts just sitting on it in the showroom.

My Tuono is way more comfortable and would hand the Duke its hat in pretty much any performance comparison. Still, if I had an unlimited money sump I'd get one of those faired Sport Classics. And a set of Heli-bars, STAT.

I was looking into rebuilding a ducati sport classic. But when I finally found a 2006 "salvage bike" with bent forks - front rim damaged smashed headlight/bars and a cracked engine case (at rear frame mount ) and other misc damage - it sold for over $3400!

So I was wondering about getting a used st3/st4 and or a 900 monster and building my own sport classic - that might be comfortable...and affordable...

And I could add the required the "old school" look swing arm and rims to finish the look
and yes a touno or falco would still eat it's lunch ...
but it would be way cool to own.....

The only think that is lame is that the swingarm is not nearly as cool as the old one. I know that they had to use the GT's swinger to allow for passengers, which makes sense, cause that is a sweet bike for rolling around, but, I still wish it had the cooler single shock.
Also, does anyone know if it has the heavier wheels of the GT or the wet clutch DS motor, or the dry clutch??
