ok thanks!
and, this will allow it to pass its MOT witha "road legal" exhaust - or do they do extra checks?

probably just look for an E mark, which the end can has, i highly doubt they will remove the fairings to have a look at the exhaust chambre just to see if it has a stamp lol
yeah it should pass

You wont fail with an arrow on or any other exhaust for that matter, a MOT tester is there to check that your bike is road worthy. I told my mechanic by bike failed because of my exhaust and he wouldnt believe it for a second, he was right though i was just trying to wind him up lol.
Its just rumour, does anybody actually know somebody who failed because of this? Different MOT centres cant make up their own rules on who passes so if my centre allows it then yours will too.

yer i know that, it's just my arrow exhaust says "Not For Road Use" and so therefore, isnt legally road worthy so it cant pass the MOT test.

i'd thought of that, but because it's only the end, where it gets black, it will get hot and probably go up in flames :(

One of the local dealers wont even mot a bike without the stock exhaust.
