no start

i posted about a month ago about no spark, well change entire electical system and get spark now, but now no fuel..... plug is dry as a bone. i checked the bowl its full.
stuck my finger down the hole where the reeds are and they seem dry.. i will take it off tommorrow, but is there any suggestions? thanks

Probably some sort of crap in the fuel lines/in the carb. oh, and this might be a bit dumb, but have you checked the fuel tap is on?
