Just spoke to an Aprilia dealer in New York State. He said that the release has been delayed to September for the US market.

Has anyboddy heard anything different as of late??:WTF:

Doesn't really surprise me...but I would imagine that deposits may be in jeopardy if they push it any closer to the winter season....

Would not be surprised. Check with the AF1 gang they will have the skinny on delivery.

I'm thinking we are not going to see them until next year before summer.

Spoke with another Aprilia Dealer. Basically told me to go with Husky. Aprilia has no parts or anything in the US that would suggest a product launch.

Just FYI, this is my second post. The first did not show on the forum.

So off to the Husky dealer tomorrow. They have two 510 SMrs at a good price.

I was banking on Aprilia. The least they could do would be to communicate WTF was happening.

I don't want to miss the whole season based on "who knows"

I'm starting to think this is all one big hoax being pulled on us by scott2ride. I think there never were mxv/rxv/sxv's and everyone who has ever see one, touched one, or owns one is in on the hoax.

Oh well, the longer aprilia takes to release these bikes in the us the more time I have to find buyers for my spare organs.

I was told the bikes are and have been in the US for a month. BUT, there are no parts stock in the US. So, Aprilia has decided to wait for the parts stock to arrive/buildup before releasing the bikes to the dealers. Understandable decision.

That is good news and the correct decision:)

The problem is the lack of information to ease the strain of waiting indefinitely.
