US Spec RXV questions

Potential Aprilia newbie here.

I've been considering an RXV, either 450 or 550, and have been keeping an eye on this forum for info. However, at this point I have two questions:

1) Will the USA spec RXVs have USFS spark arrestor(s)?

2) The July issue of Dirt Rider has a Euro test of the RXVs. The author mentions an optional 3.2 gallon tank for selected markets. Will the US market be selected?

The 5.5 series is scheduled to come with the bigger tanks - and all bikes will be green sticker and have spark arrestors, plus the full lighting package.

I'd like the 5.5 sxv. I have a Capo right now. I'm tossed up as to what would separate me from my licence first . sxv or a new Tuono.

I've asked to race dept directly and noone knew about that.
I've got mine RXV550 few days ago and I'm preparing her for a raid on lybia desert adding a 2nd fan and 19lt tank but having something already made by factory will save me headhacke and money

Eh cool, are you having the 19l tank made on specs? I could be interrested as I also do some trips to Africa once in a while....

yep. if there won't be nothing from aprilia itself I'm gonna do a home made fiberglass tank. have done a draft with cad and it should be 19-20lt.
