I've been trying to tighten the bolts on the right hand control, i even removed them and started again but there's still some play in the controls. even when there fully tightened, reckon their shagged?

mine do that too , i`m thinking to put something underneath, like a rubber or something.

yes only the right one , i think its because of the throttle it gets shagged after a while.

think i may as well replace the unit?

anyone know how you work out what size to get for motorbike leathers? trying to find some i like

i think the only way how to find out is to try them.
I'm skinny and 6ft7 and i have alpinestars leathers size euro 52 and they fit perfectly.

THere should be a locating pin as part of the switchgear, you sure yours is stil lthere, if nto jsut get a short bolt around the same size and cut the head off it and use that!

Yea, check that locating pin on the underside. mine was missing! i made one out of the thick metal hook piece of a coathanger, cut to size, Blue Peter or what! all worked fine though

the boots are alpinestars s-mx 4 boots, trousers are alpinestars bat pans and the jacked is alpinestars but i don`t know wich model it is now because it is last years one and they do different color schemes now.
