What are you guys running as far as suspension settings on the stock fork and shock? I have been playing with things and I'm at 1.5 clicks of rebound, 2 clicks out from full soft for fork compression. I have not touched the shock, leaving it at factory preload and rebound.

I did front and rear sags first. I weigh 84kg and as ususal for Aprilias, I found the back suspension needed screwing down (preload) and the front was spot on. But first off I raised the front forks to third ring (standard is one). Then did the rear preload, and increased the rebound to 30 clicks (you need to increase the rebound dampening if you increase the preload) took it for a run, tweaked the rebound a bit more and was much better. Then adjusted the front compression to 1.5 turns (I think 1 turn back is standard) making it bit softer. Took it for another strap, sweet as! All up it has made a significant difference to the bike and it's handling, much better - dips even faster and predictably into corners, bit more weight over the front, and when powering out of corners and hitting rough patches the front now soaks them up instead of shaking it's head etc etc. The difference is huge. For the track I would probably set the front compression a bit firmer, but otherwise this setup suits me just fine.
If anyone's interested about setting up your suspension, there's heaps of stuff about doing it thoroughly here in the AF1 forums or search the net.

Another is ChuckB, look up his posts on suspension.
