hello
my sr ditech has his stock piston "break" (i dont know the french word for "serage")
its what my dealer says :/
so i want to put the malossi i-tech kit on!! (no pipe, but with malossi primary transmition, delt clutch and multivar)
my dealer answer my "i have try 4-5 time to put a kit on ditech, and it never work, the malossi too"
is it true? i dont think because people on this forum have already a ditech with malossi kit!
if i install it, its not with my dealer, but with a friend in marine mecanical
and before put the kit, i would like to know if the kit is make for a "every day use"?
and what about the milage?

my english is not very good, sory!
thanks for your next answer!!

There is a malossi kit designed just for Ditechs. If he is trying to put OTHER malossi kits on the ditech, of course it will not work.

Besides, these kits just came out recently, I doubt he's had the time and interest to install 5 of them already!

If he isn't aware of the differences between a ditech motor and a carbed motor, then find another dealer.

I have installed 2 Malossi Ditech kits here at the shop and both worked perfectly. One had to have the throttle position sensor reset with the Gameboy software.
