because my top end seals have gone and might be a pain in the arse to get
hold of because of the bb. I have thought of getting the 80cc malossi to
replace it. would any one recomend it or would you get somthing different.
I want bigger than 70cc, so i was thinking maybe 75cc top performance or summin! what u rekon? :)

you can get one yeah, but when you get it think about how much stress you will put on the bottom end on your engine ( e.g crankshaft and barings). up to you realy but i wouldnt, save up for a rs125!! olls

my top75(pink) knackered 2 cranks!
my original crank and i bought the bore kit 2nd hand off a kid who'd snapped his conrod putting a hole in his bottom end
on the plus side tho it does do 90mph with good reliability now

so if you get a faster borekit you'd better budget for a race crank and the bottom end rebuild to fit it

my malossi 80cc has just damaged my crank and that very annoying.
I hope i can fix it soon - my top speed was 120kph (75mph)
I heared a lot of good things about tp75 red if that helps

Top Performance 75cc (red) is faster than a Malossi MHR Replica wich is btw. not 80cc but only 76,4cc.

yes the malossi kit is about 76.4cc
The red top performance and the street top performance kit are both 73.5 cc despite there names.
I am using the street kit for reliability, as it has twin rings and less agressive porting. depends how often you want to replace the rings in your engine and how much efoort you wanna put into maintaining it.

Red is 49,5mm 75cc exactly and has a single piston ring and has a really agresive port timing, the Black one is 49mm and is 73,5cc with a 2 ring piston and a bit less agresive port timing.

I have the 80 cc..........@ first had the single ringer then went with the double....Im on piston # 2 due to the first time oil injector took a dump.....and the second was from ????? the cylinder has a small score in it from the first blow.....and still ran fine for piston #2 we will see how it does with piston #3...I noticed alot more power with the single ring vs the double but the double last like 10 X longer.........I cant compar it to any other cylinders but than stock.......So, Im happy with it...just got to find a crank to stick back in it ....then Some acuguages are definatly in order to prvent any detonation in the future.

not that you will be able to see it once ur fairing is on, and your engine is so clean! on my rieju the engine is more exposed so it gets dirty n starts to corrode, im not happy!i want my engine looking nice bt theres not much point when it just gets dirty straight away

I'm sure Craig can get you one, if not www.speedline.dk has them, but if I were you I;d go for the tp 73.5 black top, the tp75 red could be a bit much for the stock crank, but its touch and go, some say the stock crank will take it, others dont.

i only broke my crank cos in combo with the yasuni pipe it pulls best from 9-12k
an revs on to 13.5 with less torque

i have had several people say to me that it sounds like a crosser

i have also got a mk pipe that goes well from 7-10.5k
but that knocks about 15mph off and sets off like a moped

these kits are really good
i know the rieju is a bit less drag thru the air but
i can pull 12000rpm in 6th into headwinds and up most hills
if i lay on the tank it goes well off the rev counter (mine stops at 12k)

so ideally
the pink ones bigger cc's and from what i've heard a lot faster
so the top75 with a double ring piston would be best
and i measured my piston with calipers it was 49.5
makin it 77.some cc

The Stroke on the AM6 engine is 39mm, the Red Top is 49,5mm so that means its 75cc exactly, Do Not fit a 2 Ring Piston in a Cilinder disigned for a Single piston ring or the other way around ever!
Simply because there is a huge risk the the pistonring wil catch in one of the ports and break off.

Red Top is 49,5mm = 75cc
Black Top is 49mm = 73,5cc

i have decided to come to my senses and the black top seems the sensible
one to be honest!
