Hey all, didn't know if this made it to the users here, but wanted to spread the word....
Here are the details for our "Beat The Heat" Trackdays. As previously said, these days will be for the noobs/canyon racers/etc to get their butts out on the track (Sorry, but the goal of the event is to give a REALLY good opportunity for those that have never been to the track to get out there and get bit by the bug)
* August 2nd and 3rd
* Buttonwillow Raceway
* $50 Track Day ( I know, I know, I'm sorry, but it's for the noobs )
* No licensed racers and no race bikes!
* Streetbikes only!
* No track day regulars
The events will be run by MTC Trackdays (http://www.mtctrackday.com) August 2nd and Take It 2 The Track (http://www.takeit2thetrack.net/heat.html) August 3rd. You can check on their websites for the registration details. These should be some really fun days, so even if you aren't able to make it out there, PLEASE pass this info on to that someone you know that needs to get on the track! I should have fliers available shortly, so if you'd like some for your local shop, bike night, etc, just hit me up or email me (michael@sheriffsracing.com).
In addition, a lot of the sponsors will be out there providing information as well as donating a lot of goodies for the raffles.
