Hi guys

I need a wee bit of help.

I need to know the stroke length for a steering damper to fit it to my 1996 Chersterfield Replica. Can anyone help me with this. Finding Out fork diameter is easy, but stroke is proving a little more difficult. I have tried Daytona & Ohlins but none of these recommend dampers for the RS.

I have a mate who has a couple of spare dampers (not from RS250's) but he needs to know the stroke to see if they would fit.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers, Glen.

Did a quick forum search for "steering damp" and found the old model RS needs a 160mm stroke dampner...

Cheers 4 that guys :P

You just made my job a lot easier, will give my mate a ring and see if he has one that fits.

Thanks again
