I got a new scarabio 4 days ago, It ran fine until today. Now it won't run unless the choke is on.
Any Ideas????

sorry for the late reply mate i know how it feels to have your posts unanswered, if you can disassemble your carbs you may want to clean out the jets as they could be blocked by dirt or gummed up 'coz your 'Beo could have been sitting in storage for a long time.

Thanks, I took it apart yesterday and I couldn't see through the main. I cleaned it out and it running like a top.:rollin:

Oh man, my sr50 has the same problem, won't run without the choke on, where in the carb is the jet and how do i get to it, thanks!

once you take the carb off flip it over.. there will usually be two screws, take those off and then take off the entire bottom piece.

after you take off that piece you should notice two pieces of metal (silver or gold in color with small openings in them). The larger one is the main jet, the smaller the starter jet.

I think that's correct as I cleaned my carb out a few weeks ago. Your's may be a bit different.

F*ckin Thanks man! I finally got the courage to take apart the carb. There were a million cables but I persisted and I was able to clean the jets and now she runs like a dream! I soaked the jets in carb cleaner and also cleaned them with some fine wire, there was alot of crud in there, but now it runs perfect.
