What do you use for security

When you park your beauty to go shopping or to work, what do you use for security?

Disc Lock?
Cable?
Chain?
Nothing?

I use a disk lock along with the steering lock whick comes with the scooter. Nothing is full proof short of maybe a pit bull chained to the bike. You just try to keep the honest people honest.

Park in a safe place..lock your steering wheel and cover your bike. Do I cover my bike? Is there enough friggin room in the trunk for a cover?

Insure buddy. I could break into your speaker cover and trick the ignition wires pronto to get your bike started. Why didn't Aprilia make a better cover for that? I suppose few people know what lurks behind that piece of plastic but a criminal seems to know things we don't anyway.

You can reduce your chance of theft immensely by keeping your scooter in the garage! Other than that...park safely. Knotting your kryptonite cable to a solid mass is the most anal thing I could do. But my scooter isn't a Rolls.

Just being frank. Don't sleep with your scooter either! It isn't nice to forget our loved ones when we have a new scooter!
