A while back, somebody had mentioned a cover that fit well -- Covercraft 103, as I recall, but not at all sure. Anyway... found a good quality cover in closeout stuff at a Honda dealer. I tried it on a Helix they had. It fit well enough that I thought it might work OK for the Atlantic.
The cover is a Nelson-Rigg model FC628XL. Now called Falcon 628. It is in their econo covers, but is not a flimsy product: www.nelsonrigg.com/images/falcon628.gif (http://www.nelsonrigg.com/images/falcon628.gif)

It fits the Atlantic very well because it is designed for long cruisers with windshields. The built in rear sock (for a sissy bar) rolls up and closes with Velcro. I am hoping it will enclose my Givi 76M rack (which is overdue at my dealership)

I was the one who mentioned the cover. The Covercraft Cover I have is the E102 RBSU (first set of numbers is the model and I think the second is the material style, sunbrella with heat panels) It fits very well I think the shape at the back would allow the top box but I don't have one so I can't say for sure. The front would also allow the larger GIVI windscreen. I have no idea of the price I traded a bike when I ordered the Atlantic and had a cover for it so I talked them into a new cover to fit the Atlantic. I will see if I can find out how much they are. I have a FC628 made by Nelson-Rigg on my Vulcan Nomad. It has the roll-up velcro section that you spoke of. The section on mine is for a back rest and not large enough for a Box. The velcro closure is OK for getting it out of the way if you don't use it, but when it rains, if not used, it will fill up with water which is sort of a pain. I don't have a back rest so I Duct Taped it shut. The cover is well made. It will fade a little in UV sunlight, but I have had no problem with seams or anything. One thing I have always had problems with is covers scraching or rubbing the wind screen so I always pull an old Tee Shirt over the windscreen before putting on the cover saves money replacing screens.
