Below a table of performances as measured by a French moto magazine. It shows all maxi scooters kind of accelerate equally fast from standstill, good brakes/milage of Atlantic but quite slow when with pillion.

Reacceleration from 50 to 90 km/h in seconds (single) :

Reacceleration from 90 to 130km/h in seconds (single) :

"Bang for the buck" we say.

If you put a price comparison together for the increased performance, there is no match for the Atlantic.

It's not even close.

agree, that's why I bought it. If you have/want to spend the money and big upcharge or if you step down from a big motorbike, a silver wing is more performing. I found the Atlantic quick enough when I am alone on it. I am investigating for an engine tuning chip for more power, today the engine is tuned towards low emissions. If anyone has info, let me know.
