Regarding the topbox brakelight. It does exist. I have one! Givi makes it, but it takes some dismanteling of the mount for the topbox. But if you can use tools you can do it yourself. It doesnt come with a wire connector so that must be bought seperatly.
So far everything is OK, but I have had two problems.
When it rains heavyly, it tends to shut down. My mechanic says he cant find any problems and that it must be moist comming in somewhere.
The other problem is that when the engine gets hot it starts making a funny deep muffeling? sound from teh exhaust. Is it the cat. or what it is somewhat annoying.
Does any of you outthere know what I mean. And what to do?
Please let me know.

would you happen to know what the part # for that brakelight is from givi.......i emailed them the other day because i saw a topbox on their site that looked just like are aprilia topbox but they emailed me back saying that the givi brakelight would not work on the aprilia topbox.......and also how much did they charge you for the brakelight? thanks :D

The partnr. for the brakelight is E94.
And it does work, whatever they say. Your topbox for the Atlantic is actually a GIVI product nr. E450. So it works.
I think it costs aruond 50 USD. Good luck...

thanks april500dk :D the e450 is the box i was saying looked like the aprilia box and also the e94 brakelight is the one i was talking about to.........givi had told me that it would not work :( but by the looks of it i thought it might........what did you have to change on it to make it work on the aprilia box.........and you said it was 50 usd does that mean 50 dollars..........wasnt sure <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/embarassed.gif ALT=":o">

Yes I mean dollars. American.
The only thing I changed or added if you like is the connection to the wire on the bike..
I couldnt find one that fitted the existing one, so I cut it of and bought another one.
It is actually the same wire that connects to the backrest brakelight.
