Serious Modding

Hey there,
Never posted here before, used to have an RS125 a year or so back. Was a nice li'l bike. Passed my test and bought myself a Honda CBR600 F Sport (or F4i if your in the states) It's pretty bloody quick :)

Anyway, I just bought an RS50 for my brother. To be quite honest it's just to bloody slow. I know I can rebuild the top end etc and make it a 80cc machine but instead I was thinking of trying to graft a 50cc Ditech engine into it, boring it out to 80cc and getting Gazelle Exhausts to build me an underseat exhaust.

Anyone know if this has been done before? If it's possible?
Ditech engines do 60/70mph as stock and when the thing has been modified! Well...

The only thing I am thinking about is the gear box. Will it be possible to mate up a manual gear box to the Ditech engine?

If this works we will pretty much have the fastest RS 50 ever :)

i doubt it would work. firstly i dont think the ditech engine would fit, secondly you would have to attach a gearbox to the ditech engine. also the ditech engine has FAR fewer parts for tuning, you can definitely make a carbed AM6 engine more powerful than a ditech engine
