Piston kit????AAAAAHhh

Riteo- im getting this piston kit nxt week. finally found some money.

Sumone told me to get a prox piston which is teflon coated and apparently its made to manufacturers specification but only mentions yam, honda and other jap stuff. a
At a rough guess its a piston for some sort of jap bike dunno if its crosser or road bike either way do any of u have had this, is it any gud, compared to the stock piston.

ANy suggestions on other pistons, do wiseco make them for the rs125??? or anyone else for that matter. stock rotax from aprilia dealers are well expensive so they r pretty much out da question. any help welcome keith i dunno u know bout this sort of stuff!

I am wary of non original piston kits just from experience years ago with an MBX125. I suspect the Prox pistons are of a good quality, and I might well give one a try some time though

Rotax pistons from Peter Knight are about £80 I think

Like I said before,
Prox don't list the Aprilia on thier web-site; you MUST phone too get the kit.

i rang them and they have it and evrything cheap at 70 quid on door step. I just wanted to know if they are as gud as stock ones??????

Prox pistons are excellent, i run them in my racin jet ski and have never had any problems, they are cast much better than standard pistons, they will be slightly lighter than and made to a tighter standard
