my starter relay switch is always @#%$ up the mechanics ever raped it in a bad a cable tied the thing airtight and guess what a day after i wash my bike the @#%$ thing is doing the click click again 2nd time now.:mad:
why is this happening its a new relay aswell what up with it?:mad: :rolleyes:

Umm dude b4 u go nuts have checked your battery? i've had this problem a few times before and if the battery voltage is below about 11.5 it won't usually start

calm down apriliaman,starter relay can be easily fix,just open your starter relay and u will see its only a selonoid with untouch connector.since u r saying that ure washing your bike,i suspect that water had enter into your starter relay.so just open your starter relay,make sure disconnect all 4 wire that attached onto it,than wipe the selonoid with dry cloth or let it dry to direct sunshine,that do some inspection on the untouched connector,make sure its free from rust,if does,just simply scrap the rust with sand paper,and make sure the gap is around plus minus 4mm.than put the cover back and make sure its tight,and connect back all 4 wire.its done!good luck.

striped the relay and cleaned...wd40 great stuff!!:D :D
pliers bent the end over a little and LIFE :D :D #
