Hi folks,

I'm considering the bike in the ad below. I don't know much about Aprilia 2 strokes and was interested in the educated opinions about this particular bike. Is this a good deal? What should I be on the lookout for concerning maintenance and so on? Thanks in advance!

I've got a Regiani Replica that is 1 of 250 (#12:cool: . Street legal in europe and has never been registered with 3200 miles on it. Email for pics if interested. SWee my ad below. Oldballz. I'm asking 6500 for it It is also an English model so the speedo is in MPH. On board lap timer and multi func digital screen w/ Temp, Time, etc, etc. Let me know.

Ive got a 97 old shape 250 which i think is 100 times better looking than the new one!! Id try and buy as low mileage a bike as possiable, find out for definate what type of oil has been used in the bike, look for wirelocking holes which may have been drilled into the sump plug, caliper bolts etc. If you can one with service history. My bikes done 9000 miles and touch wood never had a problem- and i only use Putoline oils!
Hope this helps

where are you ...usa ? they go for £1500- £3500 here...the mph kph is a red herring all of the 98+ models with the digital dash have the ability with a push of a couple of buttons to change from kph to mph its mentionend in the handbook.......

max350lc, the Rs250 Chesterfield model is an older model rs250, pre 98 bike, so it comes with the older speedo (very similar to the current Rs125's) which has an anologue speedo so there's unlike the newer bike is unable to switch between mph and kph with a push of a button, so the fact that one has mph clocks is a good selling point for it being in the US.
