Thanks again to all who replied to my earlier post regarding gas octane and oil requirements. I finally got my BV200 project running today. It was purchased as a crasher with both wheels and most of the bodywork smashed to shit. The front end was straightened, and two Atlantic 500 wheels purchased on Ebay were made to fit. The front bolted on and the rear required extensive machining by a knowledgeable fabricator. A new CDI box/keys combination had to be purchased since the originals were lost in the collision. The scooter sounds sweet but apparently has a vaccum leak and revs out when fired up. I'll keep everyone posted as this project unfolds, as well as the fuel injection problems with my Atlantic 500.

I have solved the few initial problems of the BV200 with a simple carb clean and cable re-routing. It runs sweet, gets about 63 mpg on the highway and is capable of my 60 mile round trip highway commutes between work and home. The maximum speed has been 68.9 according to a GPS, but the engine is not fully broken in yet. Everything works except the speedo/odo-
since the front wheel is totally unlike the stock unit. I will mount a Cateye bicycle speedo in the immediate future which should do the trick.
