fuel for thought?

I gotto tell you fellas!. I feel Ive almost broken in this bike as its just starting to really loosen up after 4000kilometres travelled.
I see the fuel light appear, after 120kms and begin to search for the next gas station to fill up.. I only use Premuim (High Octane ) fuel.
I use to achieve around 152kilometre before the fuel light would appear. This was before a tune up at 3000kms.. Now after this so called tune up recently, I am only acheiving 120kilometres beore the light appears.

Shoul I be alarmed by this.. I certainly am at the moment..
