I just bought and downloaded the RSV4 shop manual, hoping to find the torque specs I need. No dice. All I could find were the front and rear axle nut specs, but nothing for the radial-mount front brake caliper bolts, the front axle pinch bolts, or the rear axle adjuster nuts and bolts. Does anyone have these? I don't like not having critical things like caliper bolts torqued properly.

thanks -

Caliper bolts 50 Nm.
Pinch bolts (ohlins) 12 Nm.

Axle adjustment not given. I assume these aren't critical, reasonably tight is good.

Duncan.

I had to dig too. I have been spoiled by Honda shop manuals. The specs are in there for most of the stuff.

You have to look in the tables under some of the sub-assembly drawings. Look in the chapter for "Maintenance Rules."

I have the manual and the torque specs are in there. Just look closely and the pages that look like parts diagrams ;)

I have no manual at all - I need to change one of the front rotors this morning, I am dearly hoping some one might be able to post them up for me pretty please? ;)
