Custom Graphics?

I was at AF1 in New Braunfels and the guy behind the parts counter was telling me there was someone on this forum that can produce custom graphics for almost anything. I dont remember who he said it was, could someone point me in the right direction?

I've done some aprilia forum stocking and looked at a ton of his custom work on one of the threads somewhere and I'm convinced he's a wizard. I have an RSVR I been photoshopping some schemes on and am going to be harassing him at the start of the season. I've heard nothin but good things!
