Hello, I'm thinking about DD 1200 or 750.
Would it be comfortable to ride one of those if my height is ~1.75m or 5.7ft ?
And comfortable - at least one straightened leg on the ground.
I saw that dorsoduro has wide steering handle but thats not a problem.
Do 1200 and 750 has same seat height ?
How high you guys are, and is it comfortable to sit on her for you ?

Both 750 and 1200 are the same height, but you really need to take one for a ride. I dont think you'll have a problem.

When you climb aboard tho, the 1200 suspension probably has somewhat less sag however than a stock 750.

I'm 5'10" with a 30" inseam and find the DD1200 a bit too tall for my taste. Cracking bike though.

I'm in the 5'7" area and my 750 has me on one not quite tip toe, stock. I do have a hyperpro lowering shock to install, which gives 40mm lowering, but I haven't had the chance to get it on there yet.

Ok, your person I need to hear from, same height.
Does it feel comfortable when you have to stop at crossings and had to put feet on the ground, does it feels safe to hold when your not riding, I mean sometimes on bike you can fall sideways..
In JHB1984 link I saw that 1200 is bit higher(1200-35.7 / 750- 35.2)

I'm 5'8" 31" inseam and 165 lbs. On the 1200 I am on the tip of toes to ball of feet. On my 750, I was more on the ball of feet. Neither bike presented any problem anywhere in the riding regime, but never rode with a passenger on the 750 or 1200.

Ok thanks guys, I see that 1200 has highest seat, I'm choosing between DD 1200 750 or shiver, Shiver has lowest seat height and sitting position is better on it in my opinion. reminds more of racing bike not superbike.

Oh, sorry I didn't see this thread come back up. Yes, I do feel safe holding it at stops, but it gets tiring. Around town is not the easiest thing for me right now. I can shift a little to the side and go flat foot, but that's definitely not comfortable.
Funny, i'm 5'7" and I was wondering the same thing. Thinking I'm getting too old for my v4 and saw the comparison with the Hypermotard.

Yep. Got me one sitting in a box along with new springs/oil for my forks. Just waiting on time/extra cash to get it done professionally.
