So I'm deployed right now but when I go home in a year I want to build up the performance of my Vespa. I'm going to buy a Malossi 190 cc cylinder kit, new exhaust and a few other minor things to improve it. Any tips I should know about when I install the Malossi kit? Also, if there's anything else I can add I would like to know. I already know about getting a turbo but that's pretty hard to find.

Malossi stuff is High Tone! Talk to Micah about a turbo.

The 150cc motor is airflow limited by valve size and cam lift/duration. Just a big bore kit does not help out much on top, you need to look into head mods, any chance Malossi makes a bigger valve head for the 150cc motor or at least sells bigger valves along with a cam?

A little research on modernvespa.com will be your friend.
