This scooter may not be California legal. A dealership repair shop removed and scraped all of the fuel vapor recovery system when they were fixing the gas in oil issue.
I searched Craigslist the other day and could not find an Atlantic 500 offered in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Spokane, Vancouver BC, Portland, all of Oregon.
BTW, I know this machine quite well, inside and out.


The thermostat and ECU were both changed under warranty.
