Just a quick one fella's, are there any rumours about a factory model being available in the near future? I know the aprc model is out and just wondered if there was any chance of a factory popping up
John at the Rocket reckons probably early next year, but he was screwing his face up in that uncertain screwing face up kinda way. I'm on it like a rash man, yee haaaa.
The Aprc is mega but I need more colour bling meself.

Personal guess and nothing more:
Full Ohlins including a TTX rear shock and steering damper. Brembo monoblocs and radial caliper, lightweight wheels and APRC with ABS.
£14,995
My house was 16000 quid ffs. Mind you it was a very very long time ago.

I think you've got the price bang on......but doubt they'd fit a TTX shock to this when they don't to the RSV4 Factory (they make too much from it on the options list).
I also think they will keep the lower grade Brembo's of the standard Tuono.
Everything else should be there, standard Ohlins, light wheels, red/black paint and ABS.

Fair enough on the TTX but I think if they are fitting ABS then they'll also uprate the brakes.

ABS as an option is great, ABS as a "no choice" pisses me off.. But then again, so does "RideByWire"...
ABS, great for the standard R model, but on the Fac it should be on consumer's choice IMO...

As APRC is so adjustable wouldn't surprise me if ABS was too.

I talked to my dealer about buying a new v4 he said they are not making a factory model in the tuono but it is coming with a lot of bling like Ohlins shocks and other stuff

I think they would seriously be missing a trick if they don't bring out a factory model, its expected for the flag ship models :)
We're getting a Factory for deffo.

It doesn't make sense for them not to make one, I find the need to add ABS questionable but logical in today's market.
I talked it through with my dealer and he reckoned it would be a year wait at the least for a Factory - by his past track record with predictions they'll probably be available in time for christmas

If they make Factory SR50's, Pegaso's and Dorso's it would be a joke not making a TV4R Factory..
Dear Santa....
Not only do we want and demand a Factory,,,,,I personally demand a gold frame.

Put Öhlins on? Where? Because the TV4R has no Öhlins at all...
Back to the Apriliaforum.com Whishlist for the TV4R Factory;
175hp engine (at least)
Gold frame
Gold forged wheels (matching this time)
Complete Öhlins including the steering damper
Aprilia Racing color scheme
Delivered with a race carbon nosecone, race carbon bellypan, Akra exhaust and race ecu (just like the 1st gen Tuono Racing!)
Adjustable geometry for the frame (see RSV4 Fac)
Did I miss anything?

I am only going buy what the dealer said to me
Mmmmm some good input here chaps. Liking the racing kit idea. Maybe some retro colour schemes as well like the Tuoldo Racing and Factory's. A Black Dream version would be nice to,,,,smug grin.
Absolute must for me is twin cans. Gotta have twin cans man.

Ah! Shotgun style double cans? This would probably be brilliant for the TV4;

Yeo, probike Helsingborg. Sadly not a demo so no ride out...
I'm 170cm short and 69kgs. Even so, I look big on it. This Tuono is "pocket-size".
Almost threw it out the window lifting it of the sidestand :p:

You only want twin cans to give you an excuse to buy more exhausts!
You sir are single handedly keeping the titanium economy going.
