IIRC, you have to have your fast idle level completely forward, and the idle adjust screw completely out before setting that.. mine pretty much never reads 0 when it's setup to actually run.

Well, for what it's worth the bike runs perfectly fine with no issues at all.

Well, you should be more worried when it would have said -1. So forget about it :)
