if you like rev-hungry motors, go for the kwak or yam. The Hornet is a different class of bike, more mini-hooligan than race rep. The SV would be a good choice for a sporty handling mc if you want something newer and more versatile, I think the 400s will only be available as well-used imports.

I'll stay with my RS 250 thank you very much. I'm about to start my second trackday season on this bike (ran 750 mi in 03). If you stay on top of the maintenance they are great reliable performers.:cheers:
