cortec softbags

I went by the shop last week and saw a pair of the cortec sport saddlebags. We placed them on the mana and the left about 3 to 4 inches of clearance from the muffler by laying the bags on top of the back seat. I have not bought them yet but has anyone else tried these yet? Seems to be a decent set of bags.

I have a complete set of 3 rear cortec bags and a tank bag for my Tuono... never thought to try attaching them to my Mana- hmmmm

Are your exhausts stock? Do you have the OEM racks installed? I have looked at those bags and after reading about Houdini's problem with hard cases, I took a measurement from the top of the exhaust to the lowest hanger on the stock racks and found that distance to only be about 3". I wonder if your bikes are set up the same, and would there be a heat issue if the bags were near the lowest mounting point on the rack.
